The Fujinon LB 40x150 ED-SX is the world's largest and most powerful binocular and offers unrivaled optical performance. They are especially recommended for astronomical use due to their great power to capture light in dark night conditions. We will be able to see three-dimensional and incredibly contrasted and punctual images thanks to its low dispersion lenses and optical treatments coupled with the unmatched 150mm objective diameter. Although designed for astronomical use, it is also suitable for use on fishing boats, cruise ships, as well as for coastal surveillance, forest park supervision and employment in military contexts. We can make observations up to 30km with maximum clarity and detail.

At the optical level, it incorporates extra low dispersion ED lenses that eliminate chromatic aberration and achieve greater sharpness and color fidelity. It incorporates a Fujinon exclusive fully multicoated EBC optical treatment on all lenses with BAK-4 prisms and internal screens (baffles) that contribute to higher contrast, light transmission and eliminate phantom reflections. EBC (electron beam) optical technology and 150mm aperture ensure maximum luminosity, providing a three-dimensional image feel . We will be able to see point stars without color distortion and with a vivid black background of the sky that increases the contrast in the observation. You will never have experienced such observation. Likewise, at terrestrial level we will be able to make observations at long distances with impressive quality even in very unfavorable light conditions.

Its exterior design in solid aluminum resistant to water , atmospheric agents and corrosion, can be used in very adverse conditions and media. They are purged in nitrogen to prevent condensation of the lenses and with special silica gel to withstand sudden changes in temperature. Supports different types of anchors and mounts for either astronomical, boat or land use. In addition, filters can also be placed on both polarizing and nebular eyepieces depending on environmental conditions. If necessary, two 25x eyepieces can also be purchased separately to increase the magnification of the prismatic.

The Fujinon LB 40x150 ED-SX binocular has a 30 year warranty and is manufactured according to US MIL SPEC.
