Gitzo Traveler tripods

Gitzo has put on the market a series of extremely compact and lightweight tripods , the Traveler range offers different models with two main characteristics: low weight and volume and the high quality of its materials , with carbon fiber or eXact by flag.

They are tripods ranging from 800gr to 1.4kg in weight , therefore, all of them very light and at the same time very compact equipment, since once folded they measure only between 30 and 45cm , the Gitzo 180º folding system it allows to fold the legs up, surrounding the central column and the patella.

These tripods are divided into 3 series, according to their carrying capacity, which ranges from 10 to 12kg . Most models consist of 4 leg sections, except one of the Series 1 models with 5 sections. All of them have the Gitzo Twist-lock adjustment and locking system, called G-LOCK. It is a very strong locking system, safe and that allows you to adjust the tripod to different measures.

They are also tripods that, thanks to their short column system, allow the tripod to be placed just 22cm from the ground, this option is very interesting for macro photography . They have rubber feet, which adapt to all terrains, providing great stability.

They come equipped with the universal upper screw to adjust any type of ball joint.
