GPS, Navigators and Positioners

The initials "GPS" refer to the global positioning system, derived from the English "global positioning system". It is a global satellite navigation system that was implanted and developed by the United States Department of Defense and that serves to determine with unmatched precision the location of any object, person or vehicle in the world. This system works through a network of 24 satellites that orbit around the Earth, some 20,200 kilometers high, thus covering the entire Earth's surface.

For their part, browsers are devices that include a cartography on which our position is represented, and from there (since it is linked to a database) you can analyze and plan a certain route (or several, so that we can choose the one that suits us best). Finally, a positioner is a portable instrument that also captures satellite signals and that incorporates a geographic information system in its memory to determine the geographical location instantly.
