The scale is an instrument for measuring or weighing masses that could already be found in ancient times. Indeed, there is the traditional balance, made up of 2 plates hanging from a horizontal bar held in the center, which allows measurements to be made based on the equilibrium situation presented by the weights of the 2 bodies (it is therefore based on in a set of counterweights); and also the electronic scale, which is its predecessor: it works through electricity and uses a sensor to know the value of the weight that is deposited on it (they have an LCD screen that shows the result).
