Meade's LightSwitch provides direct alignment without any observer intervention, thanks to the AutoStarIII (GOTO) system and built-in GPS unit.
It includes the 640x480 resolution ECLIPS color CCD camera , with the possibility of projecting images in real time on an external screen or monitor. It also incorporates a library with 100,000 memorized objects , with a tour or trip to the universe function.

i have had most goto telescopes from equitorial to fork arm and although they are acurate the time spent aligning accompanied by the must to know names of stars and consellation this scope does everything for you. put the scope in the garden with clear view of most of sky, swich power on and sit back for 6 min,it tells you what ita doing,ie leveling,finding north,finding alignment stars then ok to go. there is literaly no scope i can see on the market to beat this,oh by the way optics is astonishing regards jon
