Illumination systems for microscopes

Illuminators are devices used in microscopy to project light sources onto the preparations or samples analyzed.

In microscopy there are two types of illumination, incident and transmitted, depending on the sample to be observed and its opacity or transparency.

A microscope or stereo microscope may either have built-in, tungsten, halogen, or LED lighting, or may need additional or special lighting.

At Raig we supply these illuminators and light accessories from the main microscopy brands.
