The rain gauge is a classic meteorological instrument used in the field of professional and / or official observation .

It is used to measure the intensity of precipitation , a very prominent variable in Mediterranean, subtropical and tropical climates. The current design, patented by Ramón Jardí ( Jardí rain gauge) is based on a cylindrical reception funnel, with a mechanical system that transmits the intensity of rain to a recording drum , which carries a pen and graph paper.
Lambrecht offers a high quality rain gauge, approved by the World Meteorological Organization and precision with a total capacity of up to 500mm.
Accept heating option . The graph paper for the drum and the purple marker are included as standard.
